GB News star Tom Harwood wants a significantly more robust response from the political class after pro-Palestine activists targeted an RAF base.
He made his feelings clear on the People’s Channel about the shocking incident that saw two people break into RAF Brize Norton and spray two military planes with red paint.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer condemned the action as “disgraceful” and an “act of vandalism” in a tweet.
According to Tom, this was simply not enough of a response.

“In decades gone past, had a group of activists or any individuals broke into a secure RAF base and vandalised RAF planes, I’m fairly secure the Defence Secretary would resign in humiliation”, he said.
“Yet what do we have from the Prime Minister? A tweet saying in effect, ‘it’s very bad this happened’.

“This is so much more serious than what is being made out.”
Fellow People’s Channel host Ben Leo said the incident could have been so much worse as individuals which motives much more sinister could have made their way in.

In a statement, a Palestine Action spokesperson said: "Despite publicly condemning the Israeli government, Britain continues to send military cargo, fly spy planes over Gaza and refuel US and Israeli fighter jets."
Footage posted on social media by the activists shows individuals moving across the secured military facility on electric scooters.
The group said it used repurposed fire extinguishers to deploy the red paint and claimed to have inflicted additional damage with crowbars, though such actions were not visible in the released video.
The 34-second video shows activists riding scooters rapidly across the runway in darkness, approaching a Voyager aircraft before spraying paint into its engine. Red paint was visible on the runway afterwards.

Palestine Action stated that the targeted aircraft had been put "out of service" through their actions.
RAF Brize Norton serves as Britain's principal base for strategic air transport and refuelling operations, including support flights to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus.
The facility employs approximately 5,800 service personnel, 300 civilian staff and 1,200 contractors.
The Ministry of Defence strongly condemned the incident as "vandalism of Royal Air Force assets" and confirmed it is working closely with police, who are investigating.
Thames Valley Police have not yet confirmed any arrests.
