A team of 100 chefs in London have claimed the Guinness World Record for the longest tiramisu, constructing the mammoth dessert at Chelsea Town Hall over the weekend.
The sweet creation stretched an impressive 440.6 metres, equivalent to roughly 1,445 feet, comfortably surpassing the previous benchmark of 273.5 metres established by Galbani in Milan.
Chefs gathered at the Kensington and Chelsea venue on both Saturday and Sunday to assemble the record-breaking pudding.
Mirko Ricci, who organised the London attempt, previously held the tiramisu record back in 2017 before an Italian team reclaimed it two years later.

Guinness World Record regulations stipulated that the entire tiramisu had to be prepared and constructed on location during the event.
The colossal confection demanded substantial quantities of ingredients, with the chefs utilising approximately 50,000 ladyfinger biscuits alongside more than 3,000 eggs.
Chef Carmelo Carnevale explained that specific dimensions were required for the attempt to qualify, with the dessert needing to reach a minimum height of eight centimetres and width of 15 centimetres.
When asked about the secret to an excellent tiramisu, Chef Carnevale offered his expertise: "A very good coffee, a nice and firm cream, and also a lot of passion."

Mr Ricci described tiramisu as "the most incredible desert that Italy has exported" and revealed that the chefs deliberately chose Britain over their homeland for the record attempt as a gesture of gratitude to the UK.
The organiser dedicated the achievement to the King and the Royal Family, with the enormous dessert crowned by a golden ornament as a finishing flourish.
Following the successful weekend endeavour, Mr Ricci expressed his appreciation to everyone involved in the event, declaring: "This is a record for us."
