Thomas Markle has suffered a major stroke days before the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations, GB News presenter Dan Wootton has revealed.
Mr Markle exclusively told GB News last month that he was intending to travel to the UK for the Queen's Jubilee celebrations in the coming weeks.
But those plans will now not be happening following his health scare.

In a tweet after revealing the news, Dan said: "I'm devastated to report this news, just seven days before Thomas would have joined me in London to celebrate the Queen’s jubilee for a TV special on my GB News show, fulfilling his long-held wish to visit Windsor. In a cruel twist of fate, he'll now be unable to make the trip."
Dan also revealed that Mr Markle has lost his speech and is currently receiving emergency treatment in a US hospital.
The GB News presenter heard news of the stroke earlier today but agreed not to publicly release it until further tests were carried out.
But he decided to break the news after a US website received information about the stroke from within the hospital.
Mr Markle's daughter Samantha told Dan: "My father is recovering in hospital. He just needs peace and rest."

She added: "Godspeed. We are praying. It's a travesty how much he's been tortured and how much he's had to go through thanks to my sister's disregard the past few years. That is unforgivable."
In an exclusive interview with GB News last month where he announced his plans to attend the jubilee, Mr Markle said he wants to meet and personally thank Prince Charles for walking his daughter Meghan down the aisle during her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry.
Mr Markle added: "I'm going to show my respects to the Queen, I'm going to make sure that the Queen understands that my entire family respects the Queen and the royals and we admire them."
He was scathing in his criticism of the Sussexes, noting that he does not "respect" Harry and suggesting Meghan "personally drove a wedge" between the royals.
When asked during the same interview on Dan Wootton Tonight last month whether he thought Meghan and Harry would attend the Jubilee, Mr Markle said: “I’m getting the feeling that if they know I’m coming, they won’t be coming.
“But if they do come, I’d love to reach out and speak with them and try to figure out what went wrong and how we can repair it.
“I don’t see that happening, but I’d certainly like to try.”
The couple have since confirmed their attendance to the celebrations.
