Russia has accused the UK of abandoning two British fighters who have been sentenced to death.
Aiden Aslin, 28, and 48-year-old Shaun Pinner were captured by Russian forces while fighting for Ukraine.
The pair have subsequently been found guilty of taking action towards violent seizure of power at a court in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

A third man, Moroccan national Saaudun Brahim, was convicted alongside them.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has ordered ministers to do “everything in their power” to secure the release of the two Brits.
But DPR head Denis Pushilin has said they have not received any approach from the British Government or from Morocco to appeal the trio's sentences.
Mr Pushilin told Russian state TV Channel One: "One gets the impression that neither the UK nor Morocco cares about the fate of their citizens.
"No appeals have been registered at the moment."
While text read out In the court’s verdict, according to Russia state media Tass, claims Mr Pinner was “recognised as a terrorist in the UK”.
The verdict text reads: "Shaun Pinner was on the wanted list in the UK for taking part in combat actions in Iraq and Syria, and was recognized as terrorist in the UK.
“In connection with this, Shaun Pinner went to Ukraine to take part in the hostilities.”
