The Prince of Wales and his son the Duke of Cambridge will take centre stage at the Platinum Party at the Palace this evening, addressing over 22,000 attendees.
The father and son will pay tribute to her Majesty, speaking at the end of the open-air party outside Buckingham Palace.
Clarence House and Kensington Palace addressed speculation over who would be attending, outlining that both Charles and William will take the lead.
The event is set to start at 7:30pm this evening, with Queen's Brian May and singer Adam Lambert opening the show at 8pm.

It is thought the Queen is unlikely to attend the concert, after she pulled out of the Service of Thanksgiving yesterday and the Epsom Derby this afternoon.
Her Majesty is expected to be glued to the television, watching the concerts from the comfort of her home in Windsor. Princess Anne will attend in her place.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are also expected to remain at the Windsor home Frogmore Cottage, as they continue to keep a low profile across the Jubilee celebrations.
Harry and Meghan travelled via a private jet from their California home to the UK earlier this week, alongside their children Archie and Lilibet, in their first trip across the pond since their departure in 2020.
The couple are set to celebrate their daughter Lilibet's first birthday today, with members of the Royal Family including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sending celebratory wishes via Twitter.

Over 22,000 people are anticipated to attend the Platinum Party at the Palace this evening, with a star studded line up, including Diana Ross, taking to the stage.
The highly anticipated lineup includes Queen + Adam Lambert, the Italian opera star Andrea Bocelli and the James Bond composer Hans Zimmer.
Out of the 22,000 attendees, 10,000 members of the public who won tickets in the public ballot will be present. More than 7,500 tickets were designated for key workers, members of the armed forces, volunteers, and charities.
