The local caught their neighbour in a physical altercation

A row has erupted after a resident took revenge on their neighbour, who held "daily parties" and created "years of chaos".

After years of sleepless nights and constant disruption, a determined resident finally ended the situation by documenting their neighbour's disorderly behaviour through security footage and collaborating with municipal officials.

The problematic neighbour, who subjected the community to relentless gatherings and disturbances, left their house on September 1 after authorities intervened.

The anonymous resident's approach involved recording evidence of violent incidents and property destruction during the frequent gatherings.

When video footage captured serious criminal activity, including window smashing and physical altercations, the resident approached the city's attorney.

They confirmed the behaviour constituted prosecutable disorderly conduct.

The resident endured years of torment from "noisy, drunken parties" that occurred directly beneath their office window.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the police, officers failed to take meaningful action against the disturbances.

The neighbour shared: "I called the police, they would do nothing."

Rather than improving the situation, these complaints provoked retaliation from the disruptive neighbour.

The persistent gatherings created unbearable living conditions for multiple years.

The resident's property manager received numerous requests to address the ongoing nuisance, yet these appeals went unheeded throughout the lengthy ordeal.

A pivotal moment occurred when the resident's security cameras captured a man destroying windows with a chair.

The resident explained: "I heard a loud sound of glass breaking. I checked my security cameras, and some guy was smashing their windows with a chair, screaming that he wanted his car keys."

During a subsequent weekend gathering, footage caught multiple individuals engaged in physical altercations.

They stated: "I watched the security cameras, and they were screaming, and several of them started a fist fight. Then silence. Busted."

The city attorney confirmed these documented incidents represented prosecutable offences.

Upon reviewing archived security recordings, they discovered the troublesome tenant had discreetly relocated during the night of September 1, transporting a mattress from the flat.

One person reacted to the neighbour's victory, saying: "Justice served! Nothing sweeter than finally getting your peace and quiet after years of nonsense."

Another added: "That must feel like the biggest relief ever years of chaos finally gone. Glad persistence paid off!"
