The winning EuroMillions Millionaire Maker ticket, code XDQM36414, was purchased for the draw on December 27, 2024.
The winner must come forward by the end of the day to collect their prize.
National Lottery officials have warned that unclaimed prizes are redirected to the community fund after the six-month deadline passes.
