The Director of First Migration has expressed his frustration at Labour's "ludicrous" efforts to stop illegal migration into Britain.
Speaking to GB News, Dean Morgan warned there "needs to be a deterrent" involving a third safe country as the Government attempts to get their "one in, one out" deal with France underway.
The Home Office has confirmed that two more people have been removed to France under the Labour’s migrant exchange deal, bringing the total removed to six.
An Afghan and a Somali migrant were sent back to the continent on Thursday morning, GB News understands. The first family of migrants have also arrived in Britain after being flown in from France.

Hitting out at the current scheme, Mr Morgan told GB News: "It doesn't seem to be working as "one in, one out" and it's no surprise.
"I find it so frustrating because we have a Royal Navy, and we've spent trillions in my lifetime alone on the Navy to defend the UK, yet they don't."
Comparing the UK's efforts to Australia, he added: "And then I look at Australia, they had a boat migrant crisis and they dealt with it very, very simply.
"They got the Navy involved and they offshored the processing of illegal migrants, and that brought it down to 27 boats in a year from thousands. So there's already a deterrent."

| PAWeighing in on the crisis, host Tom Harwood argued that France would "not accept a returns agreement" because their "GDP is the same" as the UK.
Mr Morgan responded: "France tacitly wants them here, so they're never going to agree to that. But why can't we have a third country where we have an agreement?
"The whole point of Brexit was that we took control from the European powers back into the UK, we have control over the judiciary in the Supreme Court. So why do we not have rules that benefit the British people? There could be a third safe country where they go to because there needs to be a deterrent."
He fumed: "At the moment, the deterrent is if you go to a legal people smuggler, you can pay them, they'll bring you here, our Navy will help you, they'll put you in a four star hotel, and they're going to give you better treatment than taxpayers, than people that are paid in all their life, and that's the deterrent."

Criticising the deportations of foreign criminals from the UK, Mr Morgan hit out at the Home Office paying criminals up to "ÂŁ2,000" upon leaving.
He stated: "We're paying ÂŁ2,000 for legal people that arrived here that turned out to be criminals, they've ruined the lives of British people and British taxpayers, and you're going to pay them ÂŁ2,000 to go back voluntarily. This is like going through Alice in Wonderland, through the Looking Glass, it's all upside down.
"The bigger problem here is who's paying for all this? Because no one's talking about the imminent sovereign debt crisis that we have looming. International money markets don't want to lend this country any money. At the moment, we're at 5.5 per cent on the Government 30-year interest rate, and people just don't want to care about economics."
He added: "But there is not going to be any more Government money, no one will be paying for this. And all we get told is we have to pay more taxes so that the civil servants can give ÂŁ2,000 to foreign criminals that have ruined the lives of British people, this is just ludicrous.
"But it will come to an end because when the sovereign debt crisis hits and it's imminent, there is no one lending us money to pay for all this anymore. And then finally, this madness may come to an end and we'll all be just standing around looking at the ashes sadly."
