Meghan and Harry have reportedly chosen the venue where they will stay during their upcoming visit to the UK.

The couple announced last week that they will attend the Queen's Jubilee celebrations with their children Archie and Lilibet.

And now it seems that the family has chosen Frogmore Cottage as the location they will be staying at.

“Heightened security measures” are already being laid out before they arrive in the UK, according to The Sun.

The couple’s arrival at Frogmore Cottage will mark a return to their first family home, before they stepped down as senior royals and moved to the US.

The Sussexes still lease the property, which is currently being occupied by other members of the Royal Family.

Royals currently living at the cottage include Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie, her husband Jack Brooksbank and their son August.

Meghan and Harry were informed last week that they were banned from appearing on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

The Queen has limited the Platinum Jubilee Trooping the Colour balcony appearance to working members of her family, with Prince Andrew and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex omitted from the line-up.

The monarch’s decision to only include royals carrying out official public duties was taken “after careful consideration”, Buckingham Palace said.
