A quick thinking taxi driver has been praised for helping to deliver a baby as he was driving the tot's parents to hospital.
The couple had booked what they anticipated would be a straightforward journey to Royal London Hospital for the final stages of pregnancy, but baby Sven had other plans.
Just twenty minutes before the vehicle was due to arrive at the hospital, the parents quickly realised they would need to prepare for an impromptu delivery in the back of the car.
Driver Mo, who works for the premium minicab service Carrot Cars, understood the gravity of the situation, and after consulting with the father, agreed the safest course of action was to pull over and concentrate on the unexpected birth.

Mo exited the vehicle to afford the couple some privacy during the delivery, and contacted emergency services to relay their location to dispatchers.
As onlookers gathered, drawn by the screaming mother from inside the car, Mo took further action to protect the family by draping his jacket over the rear window.
The parents were then able to focus on the moment without passersby trying to observe the commotion.
The father delivered baby Sven himself in the back seat of the vehicle, despite having no prior training or experience in childbirth.

Paramedics reached the scene roughly eighteen minutes after Mo's emergency call, where the ambulance crew transported the newborn and both parents to the Royal London Hospital.
Both mother and child are in good health following the dramatic arrival.
Medical staff who attended the scene were impressed by how the father had handled the unexpected situation.
The ambulance crew specifically commended his composure during the delivery, noting he had remained calm throughout despite the extraordinary circumstances.

Mo's swift decision-making also earned praise from the paramedics, who credited his quick actions with helping to maintain control of what could have been a far more chaotic situation.
Reflecting on the experience afterwards, Mo said: "It was like watching a slow-motion movie.
"At first, there was panic. I remember looking into the eyes of the father and he looked terrified.
"I told him, focus on her, I will call an ambulance.
"After I spoke to the ambulance service, I noticed people stopping because they could hear the screams from the car.
"I realised I had to get those people away. I covered the back window with my jacket and asked everyone to move on.
"At the time the adrenaline was at maximum. Now it feels funny, but in that moment it was very intense."
Carrot Cars received another booking the very next day - this time to collect baby Sven and his family from the hospital and drive them home.
The company noted this marked Sven's second journey with their service, having already made his dramatic debut in one of their vehicles.
When asked whether he would still be happy to drive pregnant passengers to hospital in the future, Mo gave an adorable answer, explaining he would like to be the first driver chosen for those journeys.
