Three teenagers have been charged with murdering a 16-year-old girl who died after she was found with stab wounds in a street in Leeds.
Chloe Watson Dransfield from Gomersal was discovered on Kennerleigh Avenue in the Austhorpe district of Leeds at approximately 6am on Saturday and subsequently died in hospital.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed on Tuesday that Kayla Smith, 18, Archie Rycroft, 19, and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be identified have all been charged with murder in connection with the incident.
All three defendants have been remanded in custody until they appear before Leeds Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

Smith resides on Kennerleigh Avenue, the same street where the incident occurred, while Rycroft lives on Middleton Park Road in Leeds.
Police stated that all three individuals define themselves as white British.
A force spokesman said a fourth suspect, an 18-year-old man from Leeds, is still being held in custody on suspicion of murder.
Two further individuals initially detained in connection with the case have since been released on bail while enquiries continue. These include an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, both of whom were arrested on suspicion of murder.

On Monday evening, Chloe's father and other relatives released a statement expressing their profound grief.
"We miss every single thing about her. She was beautiful, full of joy, and had a wonderfully cheeky personality," the family said.
They described how she "embraced life with such happiness" and had her entire future before her.
"Chloe was loved by everyone who knew her, and the absence she leaves behind is immeasurable," the tribute continued.

In a separate tribute, Chloe's mother spoke of the pain of losing her "beautiful princess".
"You are my life, my world, my best friend and I know that I am yours. I cannot live without you I need you," she wrote.
She described her daughter as "stunning, confident, loyal, honest" and said Chloe's bubbly personality would light up any room.
"There's a big hole in my heart that can never be filled," she added, signing off from herself and Chloe's siblings Connor, Courtney and Cienna.
A fundraising page established by a relative had collected nearly £15,000 by Tuesday morning.
