Another man has been charged in a probe into a series of fires at properties linked to Sir Keir Starmer, police have said.
Stanislav Carpiuc, 26, has been charged with the following conspiring together with Roman Lavrynovych, a 21-year-old Ukrainian national, and others unknown to damage by fire property belonging to another.
He was also charged with ntending to damage the property and intending to endanger the life or another or being reckless as to whether the life of another would thereby be endangered.
Carpiuc was arrested on Saturday at London Luton Airport by counter-terrorism officers before being held in police custody after a warrant of further detention was obtained, a statement from the Metropolitan Police said on Tuesday morning.

The Romanian will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court at 10am today.
Both his and Lavrynovych's charges relate to a series of fires at properties linked to the Prime Minister bertween mid-April and early May this year.
The first blaze involved a car once owned by Starmer on May 8.
The second erupted at a flat in which the future Prime Minister lived during the 1990s in north London on May 11.
The third took place at his family home in Tufnell Park, also in north London, on May 12.

The charges relate to a series of fires at properties linked to the Prime Minister bertween mid-April and early May
PAUkrainian Lavrynovych will appear at the Old Bailey on June 6 - while another man, 34, was arrested on May 19 in Chelsea, west London, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
He remains in police custody, the Met said.
After counter-terror police took over the probe into the fires, Downing Street said: "The Prime Minister thanks the emergency services for their work.
"The incident is subject to a live investigation and we won't be commenting further."
