The 26-year-old was arrested around 1.45pm on Saturday at London Luton Airport.
He currently remains in police custody after authorities obtained a warrant of further detention at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
The three incidents include a vehicle fire in NW5 on May 8, a fire at the entrance of a property in N7 on May, 11 and a fire at a residential address in NW5 in the early hours of May 12.
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should call police on 101 quoting CAD 441/12 May.
Roman Lavrynovych, a 21-year-old Ukrainian man, has already been charged with three counts of arson with intent to endanger life in connection with the fires.
Lavrynovych, of Sydenham, south-east London, denied arson in a police interview.
He appeared in court last Friday and was remanded in custody until a further hearing at the Old Bailey scheduled for June 6.
Police responded last week to a fire at Keir Starmer’s property in Kentish Town, north London.
While no injuries were reported, the home's entrance sustained damage.
Starmer previously lived at the Kentish Town residence with his wife and two children before relocating to the official prime ministerial home at 10 Downing Street after taking office last July.
Officers are also investigating two other incidents - a fire at the entrance to an apartment block in nearby Islington and a fire involving a car in Kentish Town.
The car and both the properties were linked to Starmer, Westminster Magistrates' Court heard on Friday when Lavrynovych appeared in court.
