The flight, which was carrying up to 188 passengers, was delayed by roughly four hours after returning to the Yorkshire airport.

Shocking footage that emerged after the fiasco showed a man wearing an orange t-shirt and jeans abusing fellow passengers in his aisle.

The unruly passenger was caught screaming: “Put your phone down and fight one on one.”

The surfaced video showed a passenger jumping out of their seat while others attempting to ease tensions, telling the man that he would be forced off the plane if his behaviour persisted.
