An Army Cadet has been hailed a "hero" after he stepped in to help save a child's life at a train station.
Jordan Kerr was on his way back to his home in Glasgow after Cadet training when he heard a cry for help at Drumchapel railway station on Saturday, January 10.
The 15-year-old discovered a boy, aged 10, on the platform having difficulty breathing.
He launched into action and, though having only learned First Aid through the Army Cadets around a year ago, performed CPR until an ambulance arrived.
