Three people have been arrested following the discovery of a man's body inside a wheelie bin at a Coventry park.
West Midlands Police detained the suspects overnight in Blackpool, arresting them on suspicion of murder and assisting an offender.
A woman in her 40s, a man also in his 40s, and a younger man in his 20s were taken into custody.
Police were alerted at 5pm on Friday after a member of the public found the deceased at Cash's Park, located off Daimler Road.
The victim is thought to be between 40 and 50 years old, although formal identification has yet to be completed.
Investigators believe the victim may have been hit by a vehicle prior to his body being transported to the park location.
The deceased is described as having distinctive tattoos, which officers hope may assist in establishing his identity.
West Midlands Police are collaborating with Coventry City Council to trace where the wheelie bin originated before it was moved to Cash's Park.

They also said he has a "tattoo on his right arm saying 'nan' with a clover and the colours of the Irish flag".
DCI Poole previously said: "We have a large team of detectives, forensic specialists and other staff working around the clock to establish what has happened to this man, who he is, and who is responsible.
"We’ve had several pieces of information come through to us as a direct result of our appeal, and we are following up those lines of enquiry.
