Footage obtained by GB News shows small boat migrants being handed bottles of water by the French coastguard.
The revelation follows more than 70 illegal migrants spotted on the beach at Gravelines today, waiting to board another small boat.
In the footage, the migrants run out into the English Channel to catch up with a taxi boat that has come down from one of the local river tributaries.
The French are then seen handing out lifejackets to the migrants on board, with the small boat almost overflowing with people ready to cross the Channel into the UK.

There is no attempt by the French to push this boat back onto the beach, even though the vessel is in shallow water.
In several pieces of video acquired by GB News, migrants on small boats are given bottles of water by the French authorities.
The footage, filmed by the migrants on the boat, shows the French in their vessel next to the small boat, handing packets of bottled water to those on board.
The creator of the video also used Union Jack emojis on the screen, to make clear their final destination is Britain.

Other footage shows an individual in Turkey who has received a migrant boat from a backstreet factory in China. The man is seen inflating the boat, checking it to make sure that there are no leaks and that it is seaworthy.
Further videos obtained by GB News show more of the small boat assembly operation, with a migrant boat fitted with a backboard for the motor to attach to, ahead of transportation to Germany.
After the board is assembled, the boats are deflated, packed up, and taken from Turkey across the land borders to Germany.
Across multiple cities in Germany, the custom-built small boats are stored in warehouses and backstreet lock ups, before they make it to France.
Similar footage of small boat assemblies are put out on TikTok by the people smugglers carrying out the operation themselves, as part of their advertising ploy to entice more and more people to come.

The people smugglers are thought to be transporting the boats through Germany as it is not a criminal offence in the country to be part of a people smuggling endeavour.
However, Germany is seeking to change the law, to make it a criminal offence to be involved in people smuggling operations, but it will not come into force until at least the end of this year.
The latest figures state that more than 21,000 illegal migrants have crossed the Channel into Britain in small boats this year alone.
Chris Philp MP, Shadow Home Secretary, said: “The French authorities should be stopping the boats before they launch, not handing out water to those making the illegal crossing to the UK.
“It is increasingly clear the Labour Government’s 17 in one out deal with France will not do anything to stop the boats. Allowing 94 per cent of illegal immigrants to stay will make no difference whatsoever and have no deterrent effect.
“As the National Crime Agency said, a proper returns deterrent where everyone who arrives here illegally is the only way to stop the boats. But Starmer scrapped our Rwanda plan and that is why 2025 is so far the worst year ever for small boat crossings, with over 22,000 people crossing the Channel illegally.”
