Brits who are caught speeding in Spain will be fined when they return to the UK under new post-Brexit regulations.
Spanish authorities are now able to access the UK’s vehicle owner database due to a new agreement between the countries.
The agreement currently states that Spain can request the information on a case-by-case basis as they bid to clamp down on dangerous driving.

But Spain now wants full access to the database to be able to find Brits who are caught speeding but have since left the country.
The news comes just days after British ex-pats living in Spain were banned from the roads.
UK licenses were previously allowed on Spanish roads, but people are now being told they will no longer be permitted.
Ex-pats are now being told to switch to Spanish licenses to continue driving.
This has been met with a huge backlash from angry Brits.
One, called Sam Britton-Beese said: “It’s ridiculous. Our application for residency was still in process before the deadline so we couldn’t register to exchange.”
While Linda Rogers added: “Our house is in the mountains and nothing is close by – I’ve tried to get into a driving school but nothing is available.”
