Activists from a climate campaign group have targeted another priceless masterpiece by pinning posters to it.
Two protesters from the 'Ultima Generazione' or 'Last Generation' group targeted the Botticelli masterpiece The Birth of Venus.
The gallery within the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy had to be closed while officials dealt with the protesters.
The activists said they were protesting the Italian government’s failure to address climate issues that result in more frequent floods and landslides.

In a statement, a spokesperson from the group said: "We ask the Government to take concrete action to support communities affected by climate disasters. They can censor us, but they cannot censor reality."
Under a new law, protesters in Italy risk up to six months of jail time.
The protest materials were easily removed from the glass without leaving a trace, and the room where the painting hangs was reopened within 15 minutes. The two protesters were brought by carabinieri for questioning.
The protest comes after severe flooding in Tuscany last year that left at least six people dead and caused widespread damage.

Earlier this year, activists threw soup at the Mona Lisa painting in the Louvre in Paris.
Two protestors were filmed throwing cans of what appeared to be tomato soup towards the glass protecting the painting.
The two protesters, identified as Sasha, 24, and Marie-Juliette, 63, are demanding the right to "healthy and sustainable food", saying "our agricultural system is sick".
They said: "What is more important? Art or the right to healthy and sustainable food. Your agricultural system is sick. Our farmers are dying at work."

During a protest targeting on van Gogh’s Sunflowers in the National Portrait Gallery in London in 2022, Just Stop Oil protesters shouted: "What is worth more? Art or life? Is it worth more than food? Worth more than justice?
"Are you more concerned about the protection of a painting or the protection of our planet and people?"
The German wing of Last Generation attacked the Monet painting Les Meules (Haystacks) with potatoes before glueing their hands to the wall.
In a post on social media, they asked: "We are in a climate catastrophe and all you are afraid of is tomato soup or mashed potatoes on a painting. You know what I’m afraid of? I’m afraid because science tells us that we won’t be able to feed our families in 2050."
