As part of the probe, the Romanian authorities are chasing down Tate’s money and assets.
In January, Romanian authorities seized several luxury cars from his property in Bucharest.
Vehicles including a Rolls-Royce, BMW and Mercedes-Benz were seen being taken from the Tate compound in the outskirts of the capital for transportation to a storage facility.
Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) in Bucharest has confirmed other assets, including Tate’s collection of luxury watches which include Hubolt, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Breitling and Rolex.
Other items include two gold bars and a coin made of a gold material that features a cobra snake and inscription “ONE OUNCE CASH 999.9 Gold”.
There are also a number of properties and land in Romania, as well as cash and Bitcoin in the name of Tate, his brother Tristan and Tristan’s partner Abigal Tyson worth £350,000.
If Tate is convicted, it is likely these will be auctioned off.
Prosecutors are also reportedly looking to seize Tate’s £5million Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, as well as a £20million property in Dubai.
The car is the same one Tate used in a Twitter spat with Greta Thunberg, which happened days before his arrest.

Tate, a former contestant on the UK reality show Big Brother, gained notoriety for misogynistic remarks and hate speech.
A former kickboxing world champion, he has amassed millions of followers across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
His remarks got him banned from all major social media platforms, although his Twitter account became active again in November after Elon Musk acquired the platform.
Tate, who holds US and British nationality, has said women are partially responsible for being raped and that they belong to men.
