A ringleader of the Rochdale grooming gang has been permanently barred from returning to Britain after fleeing the country in secret.
Adil Khan, who raped and impregnated a 13-year-old girl, has been handed a deportation order from the Home Office, which prevents him from ever stepping foot in Britain again.
The "vile" child rapist previously claimed that deportation would infringe on his human rights as he is a "role model" to his son.
But the sick predator was discovered to have fled the country last month.
Greater Manchester Police was carrying out post-prison release compliance checks at his home when they found out that the 55-year-old monster was no longer living at the address.

A spokesman for the force said: “On our most recent visit on October 21, [Khan] was not there and our inquiries have since established he has left the country.
"We are working alongside the Home Office in our efforts to locate him.”
Although his exact destination is unknown, it has been speculated that the grooming gang leader may have fled to Europe.
Khan's disappearance comes as the British and Pakistani governments were believed to be "close" to reaching a deal to deport him back to his homeland after Pakistan initially turned down the request.

The child rapist previously frustrated efforts to deport him by renouncing his Pakistani citizenship to avoid being sent there.
Rochdale MP Paul Waugh told The Telegraph: “If this vile paedophile is no longer in the country, that’s very welcome news.
"His victims, and many of my constituents in Rochdale, will want reassurance that he’s gone for good.
“The public will also want more details of his exact whereabouts, but I’ve been told by the Home Office that he will never be allowed to set foot in the UK ever again."

Khan was jailed in 2012 alongside fellow abuser Qari Abdul Rauf for being ringleaders of a grooming gang that abused at least 47 girls, some as young as 12 years old.
The gang of nine Asian men supplied the children with drugs and alcohol in a campaign of abuse spanning two years.
Both Khan and Rauf ripped up their Pakistani citizenship days before a court order appeal against their deportation orders and successfully argued that they could not be deported as they would be left stateless.
Khan was released in 2016 after serving just half of his eight-year sentence.

| PARauf was freed just two-and-a-half years into his six-year jail term for trafficking for sexual exploitation and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with children under 16.
He is believed to be walking the streets of Rochdale again, working as a delivery driver.
A spokesman for the Home Office said: “Our thoughts are with the victims and survivors of grooming gangs who have shown immense bravery throughout their pursuit of justice.
"Adil Khan is a vile man who has fled the country and will not be able to return.”
