Stamp duty is a tax paid by the buyer of a residential property when the purchase price exceeds £125,000

Property tax is in the news following Angela Rayner's resignation from Government after failing to pay the correct amount in stamp duty fees.

Stamp duty is among the expensive levies have to pay when attempting to navigate the property market but worried are you about these taxes?
