'Sunak is doing Labour's work for them' - Adam Cherry's damning review of today's PMQs
GB News
An exclusive GB News members-only analysis of today's Prime Minister's Questions from Reporter and Senior Producer Adam Cherry
Speaking after today's clash at Prime Minister's Questions in Parliament between Rishi Sunak and Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer, Adam give his blunt verdict: "Well honestly, I would give that to Keir Starmer, instantly.
"If I were the Labour press office, I would go on holiday for the next six weeks, Rishi Sunak's done most of the hard work for them."
Adam broke down the the backdrop for today's PMQs, setting out how: "You have a tax burden now higher than ever. You have immigration, you have the economy.
"All these points Keir Starmer is going hell for leather on and most of them could have come from the Tory right. A lot of what he said may as well have been said by Suella Braverman.
"Actually, if you look at the Tory benches - I wasn't in the chamber - but you can even see it on on the cameras.
"There's a lot of glum faces because Labour are just eating their lunch on this stuff. They don't even have to say anything.
"The Tories just stand on their own record 600,000 migrants in the last year net. Tax burden at a 70-year high.
"It is so easy for Starmer to say these things and let Rishi Sunak drown in his own failures on this."
