"Plus, indulge in our premium pastries, with the debut of Pret’s Cinnamon Crown - crafted to bring a luxurious twist to your day. Which one will you try first?"

New items include the return of the flatbreads. These will be available in flavours including falafel, avocado and chipotle, Mediterranean-style tuna and shawarma spiced chicken.

New savoury ciabattas, veggie toasties, soups and sweet treats like a cinnamon crown and chocolate-filled black forest dessert pot will be on the menu.

Pret fans excitedly commented on the announcement. One wrote, "everything looks amazing" while another begged, "one of each please".

A third added, "bring on the season of the cinnamon" while a fourth agreed they want "all the cinnamon".

One more penned: "Oh yum! I absolutely need to try it all". Pret a Manger also confirmed the autumn staple, a pumpkin spiced latte, is already available to purchase in all stores now.

Pret a Manger recently announced changes to its Club Pret membership, where customers could previously get up to five free drinks a day and 20 per cent discounts on food for £30 a month.

This has been changed so the Club Pret subscription scheme will offer 50 per cent off of drinks instead of free ones.

This will temporarily be available for £5 a month, before rising to £10 after March 31, 2025.

The discount on food is also set to be removed. In other menu news, Greggs has delighted fans as it added eight items to its menu for autumn.

This includes a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Salted Caramel Latte, which are both available hot or over ice.
