“I’ve lost 100lb (7st 2lb) naturally, and I want to share with you a quote that has kept me on track with my meals, my workouts, just my overall goals in general," she told viewers.

Annabella insists that dieters should eat for the body they want

“That is ‘eat for the body you want, not for the body you have’. You may not want to meal prep, you may not want to go to the gym or hop on the treadmill for extra steps.
“But your future dream body is going to be meal prepping, it's going to be walking, it’s going to be active in general. So implementing good habits right now is so important. It’s so, so important.
“I wish I knew back then that this is what it is going to take. When I weighed more, I felt lost; I didn’t really know what to do. I wasn’t implementing good habits.
“I wish that I had done that, so this is a friendly reminder to do what you’ve got to do for the body you want in the future.”
Annabella has shared a host of videos on the positive habits she implemented at the beginning of her weight loss journey.
In an earlier clip, she let viewers in on a surprising weight loss habit that involves adding lettuce to every single meal.
“I did not come out of the womb enjoying salads,” she explained. “In fact, I thought they were boring and tasteless, but honestly, a big part of my 100lb weight loss has to do with lettuce.
“So if you really just want to feel full without the calories, lettuce is literally a game-changer because you can really just throw a savoury meal on a bed of lettuce and just call it a day.
“It’s such a game-changer if you do struggle with feeling full and satisfied. Just try to put a bunch of protein on a bed of lettuce. This is probably the biggest tip I am going to give you.”
She admitted wishing she had made this positive change earlier in her journey, but it's never too late to start.
