And, thankfully, it does not have to involve insurmountable heavy weights or relentless gym sessions seven days every week.
In fact, fitness lover Lisa Pineiro, 56, has shared a “super easy” arm workout to get “lean and muscular” at home - all that is needed are a pair of dumbbells.

"I get a lot of questions about what I do to keep my upper body lean and muscular at 56 years old," the influencer shared.
Lisa (@glowithlisap) explained that she works on upper body strength "because that is so very important as we start to get older".
In its entirety, the routine only takes around 10 minutes, which is perfect to fit into a busy work day - and you can amend it to correspond with your fitness level.
