Recently, she shone a light on an underrated tip she regarded as not discussed enough.
“A weight loss tip that isn’t talked about enough is learning to be basic. What I mean by this is doing the same thing every single day,” she told followers.
According to Soraya, "monotony” is the goal, meaning "eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner, going on the same walk or run every single day, and doing the same workout split every single week".

She explained that analysis, paralysis, and decision fatigue are some of the main reasons behind people “falling off” their weight loss journey.
“There are too many decisions to make, so they make a decision to do nothing,” Soraya said, claiming that having a set routine can simplify your journey.
“You can’t stick to one thing and do it consistently even if it’s boring,” she added. “But doing boring things over and over and over again is what gets results in any area of play."
Soraya revealed that she eats the same breakfast of avocado, eggs, yoghurt, berries, and toast every morning, admitting she “rarely ever mixes it up”. Similarly, she keeps her lunch and dinner the same every day.

With snacks, however, the coach switches it up from time to time. For instance, she has a protein bar during the day but has some sort of sweet treat in the evening.
Advising slimmers to prioritise consistency over creativity when it comes to weight loss, she recommended taking up an additional hobby “to let that creativity fly”.
