A 55-year-old woman has shed more than two stone after being inspired to transform her health using the The Fast 800 programme.
Lorraine Kerr began her weight loss journey last summer, dropping from 14st 7lb to her current weight, just 6lbs from her target of 8st 4lb.
The dramatic weight loss has eliminated her irritable bowel syndrome, improved her fibromyalgia symptoms and reversed her pre-diabetic condition.
Her transformation from struggling with mobility to swimming regularly in the sea marks a complete turnaround in her health.

Before starting The Fast 800, Lorraine had struggled with emotional eating following family bereavements.
"I've always been an emotional eater, and after losing both my mother and sister in a very short space of time, I found myself turning to sugary foods," she said.
Her typical daily diet included an extra-large Danish pastry for breakfast, coffee with cream and artificial sweeteners, a steak pie and crisps for lunch, plus chocolate bars and biscuits throughout the day.
The 5ft 1.5in woman's weight had reached 92kg, causing severe mobility problems.
"I was struggling to walk anywhere because of my weight," she admitted.
Her health issues included irritable bowel syndrome with pain so severe she sometimes needed morphine, fibromyalgia, back problems from permanent coccyx inflammation, and a GP warning that she was pre-diabetic.
Lorraine began the Very Fast 800 programme, consuming 800-900 calories daily through Mediterranean-style meals for 12 weeks.
"I found the first 12 weeks difficult at first. I was very hungry but absolutely determined," she said. Within three days, her IBS symptoms vanished completely.
"The amazing thing was that within three days of starting the programme, my irritable bowel syndrome, which I'd suffered from for a couple of years, had vanished, and it's never returned," Lorraine revealed.
She discovered artificial sweeteners were the culprit after reintroducing them as a test.
"When I stopped eating the sweeteners, the symptoms vanished again," she explained. Her new diet embraces vegetables, Greek yoghurt, salads and oily fish, with favourites including harissa greens and halloumi.
"I didn't think I'd enjoy it, but I absolutely love it," she said.
Lorraine now maintains her weight loss through The Fast 800's Way of Life approach, combining healthy eating with regular exercise.

The 15-minute walk to the beach, including a steep hill, is now easy for her.
