Amal Clooney looked stunning as she stepped out with her husband in London

Amal Clooney joined George Clooney at the UK premiere of "The Boys In The Boat" last night.

She braved the cold British weather wearing a cropped black corset and matching trousers.

Amal showed off her toned arms in the sleeveless corset that cut off at her waist.

She paired this with velvet high-waisted trousers with a straight cut.

The mother-of-two finished the look with a pair of black closed-toe heels and a small black and gold clutch bag.

She kept her jewellery simple, wearing a pair of delicate gold hoops.

Her long brown locks were down with a slight curl and she added a pop of colour with a bold red lip and red nail polish.

Amal looked incredible in the tailored outfit, but it is no surprise given her intensive fitness regime.

The 45-year-old enjoys an active lifestyle that mixes weights, Pilates and walking.

"She also walks for an hour each day, along with 20 minutes of weight-lifting every other day, and 30 minutes of Pilates on the other days," a source told Heat.

Walking is a great and low-intensity way to get the body moving.

The average person burns around 267 calories when walking at a moderate pace on a flat surface, according to Healthline.

Fitness fans can burn even more if they walk more quickly or choose a more hilly route.

Weight lifting and Pilates are also thought to be part of Amal's routine and both are great ways to improve strength.

As well as burning calories and building muscle, strength training has lots of health benefits.

Those who train regularly can improve heart health, manage blood sugar levels and strengthen their bones.

Amal always looks glamorous when she steps out and recently turned heads wearing a bespoke Versace gown.
