Costa Coffee has a number of cafes, drive-thus and in-store machines across the UK

Costa Coffee will close one branch in less than a month.

Other branches have also opened across the country, with more expected to follow.

The latest cafe scheduled to close is the West Bridgford location.

Costa fans will not be able to visit the store from September 22.

One branch will close next month

The popular coffee chain has closed various branches over the last several months.

Some are permanently closed, while others have been temporarily shut for renovations or to be relocated.

Its Norton High Street branch in Teeside shut up shop in December last year.

More recently, its location on Welch Way in Witney closed in June this year, while a location in Walthamstow was shut in April.

Locals are encouraged to check online to find other nearby stores.

While some cafes have closed, it shouldn't be too difficult to find other locations.

There are more than 2,000 Costa Coffee cafes across the UK as of this year.

Coffee fans can also get their fix at Costa machines which can be found in some supermarkets and service stations.

More drive-thru locations are to open

Other cafes have also been opening, with a push in drive-thru cafes.

Costa Coffee hit the milestone of 300 drive-thru spots in August last year.

It announced plans to have more than 500 of the on-the-go stores by 2025.

A drive-thru opened in South Lakeland Retail Park in Kendal this week.
