Motorhome and campervan drivers have been warned they face new parking restrictions across the southwest after complaints by residents prompted action.
The new ban has been introduced in Arundel to prevent campervans and motorhomes from parking overnight on Mill Road, which has become a popular hotspot for larger vehicles to park in the past few years.
The overnight parking ban was introduced by West Sussex County Council, which rolled out signs to specifically prohibit the vehicles from parking during night-time hours.
The restrictions were put in place at the beginning of April and cover the entire length of Mill Road, from the museum to the Black Rabbit pub.

Motorhomes and campervans have been banned from parking between 10pm and 9am daily

Under the new Traffic Regulation Order, motorhomes and campervans can not park on the road between 10pm and 9am every day.
The measures were introduced following a campaign from local residents as well as with support from Arundel Town Council.
The council also refreshed existing road markings as part of the scheme and installed seasonal toad migratory warning signs in the area.
However, the enforcement of these new restrictions has faced challenges after 14 signs along Mill Road were "unlawfully" removed over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
Arundel Town Council confirmed that while the Traffic Regulation Order remains legally in place, the removal of the signage has made enforcement "impossible at this time".
A spokesman for West Sussex County Council said the vandalism was "disappointing" given that the scheme was specifically delivered in response to requests from the local community.
The spokesman shared: "West Sussex County Council is actively working to get the replacements sorted as soon as possible, and the new signs will include anti-vandal attachments to prevent future incidents."
The council confirmed they have arranged for the signs to be replaced and will implement additional measures to deter future vandalism.
"This is disappointing as the scheme has been delivered in response to requests from the local community to more effectively manage parking in the area," the spokesman added.
The new signage was designed to allow motorhomes and campervans to visit the area during daylight hours while preventing longer-term overnight stays.
The restrictions also form part of a broader effort to manage motorhome parking in popular tourist areas across the region.
Similar overnight parking bans for campervans and motorhomes have been implemented in other coastal and tourist locations throughout the UK in recent years.
Local authorities have reported increasing numbers of motorhomes and campervans parking in scenic locations for extended periods, prompting calls for more restrictions.

Despite the temporary setback with the removed signs, both Arundel Town Council and West Sussex County Council said they remain committed to enforcing the overnight ban.
Once replacement signs are installed, the 10pm to 9am prohibition will be fully enforceable again.
