Ford
In the brand's latest notice filed with the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), more than 850,000 vehicles are being recalled.
The notice states that certain cars could have an issue with the low-pressure fuel pump, which could fail.
It warns that this could result in the engine stalling while the car is driving, potentially increasing the risk of an accident.
The recall impacts certain 2021-2023 Bronco, Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, Mustang, F-150, and 2022 Expedition vehicles.
It is estimated that 10 per cent of vehicles included in the recall have the defect.
The remedy remains under development, with owners being set to be notified by mail once it is available.
They will need to take their vehicle to a Ford or Lincoln dealer as soon as possible, although they will not need to pay for the service.

The North American division of JLR is recalling 20,999 cars amid fears the passenger airbag may tear.
The recall states that a torn airbag may not adequately protect an occupant in the event of a crash, heightening the risk of injury.
Similarly, the torn airbag may allow "hot gases to escape, which can cause a burn injury". Certain 2021-2025 Range Rover Evoque vehicles are impacted.

More than 40,000 Chevrolet Blazer electric cars could have a damaged parking brake wiring harness, which increases the risk of a crash if it is unintentionally activated.
The loss of the parking brake function while parked can also result in the vehicle rolling away, further heightening the risk of an accident.
The mid-size SUV starts from $44,600 (£33,039), has an impressive 334-mile battery range and comes standard with an eight-year/100,000-mile battery limited warranty.
