One of the fastest-growing car brands has unveiled its new vehicle launching on the UK market next month as it looks to build on an impressive 2025.

Chinese brand Omoda has marked the dynamic debut of the Omoda 7 at London Fashion Week 2026, introducing itself as the event's principal partner.

The manufacturer's latest mid-size SUV is set to hit the market in March, which will be Omoda's third model in its growing line-up in the UK.

The 7 will start from £29,915 for the petrol version, while drivers can get their hands on the Super Hybrid System (SHS) model from £32,000.

The plug-in hybrid model combines an 18.3 kWh battery with a 1.5-litre engine, which will deliver over 700 miles of total range, 56 miles of which can be completed in EV-only mode.

Omoda's proprietary Super Hybrid System is capable of producing 204 PS and 365 Nm of torque for 0-62 mph in just 8.4 seconds, with a top speed of 112mph.

The brand, which falls under the Chery International umbrella, said it was partnering with London Fashion Week to reinforce its "art in motion" philosophy.

The Omoda 7 is positioned between the Omoda 5 and the flagship Omoda 9 outside the Omoda Lounge at 180 Strand.

Victor Zhang, UK Country Director, Omoda UK, said: “For Omoda, partnering with the British Fashion Council at London Fashion Week represents a meeting point between design, creativity, and technology.

"Those values are already central to how we think about modern mobility and a more sustainable way of living.

"The Omoda 7 is a car built around those same principles, and its dynamic debut here reflects our confidence in its relevance to contemporary British life, and fashion-forward status."

It will also act as the British Fashion Council’s official VIP transport during London Fashion Week.

"Together, we're championing individuality and creativity, while shaping and supporting a February schedule that reflects the energy, diversity and ambition of London fashion."

The Omoda 7 will come with a comprehensive 7-year/100,000-mile warranty, while the SHS variant comes with an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty.
