The family-focused SUV has an impressive range of up to 267 miles, fast 160kW charging that delivers 30 to 80 per cent charge in just 20 minutes, and a 0-62mph time of 6.9 seconds.
Drivers will be welcomed into the car by a 15.4" central touchscreen and a 10.2" driver display above the steering wheel.
Technology is at the heart of the EX5, as highlighted by the impressive SiEngine StarEagle chip from British-based company, Arm, which aims to utilise artificial intelligence for the benefit of the motorist.
Commenting on the launch, Michael Yang, General Manager of Geely Auto UK, praised the "hugely positive" response to its launch, adding that it gave the brand "great confidence".
