Phillip Schofield is flogging the South London suite where he and the young This Morning runner are believed to have conducted parts of their affair.
The apartment, sheltered within the privacy of a gated development, has been described as in “very good condition” and “the perfect setting for entertaining,” with views of The Shard.
Schofield, 61, and his wife Stephanie, 59, are seeking a similar asking price that they paid in 2012 for the two-bedroom new build.
Reflecting on his time at This Morning, Eamonn Holmes told Dan Wooton on GB News: “Usually on a Friday morning, because Thursday was playtime when he and Phillip would hit the town and then he obviously stayed overnight.”

Schofield's love nest is conveniently located near The London Studios where This Morning used to be filmed before it moved to White City’s Television Centre in 2018.
A source told The Sun: “It has long been rumoured that Phil was using a flat to conduct his affair with the young runner so they could meet in secret outside of office hours.
“He would usually stay there while presenting This Morning from Monday to Thursday with ITV cars often seen coming and going from the address."

“It seems like the Schofields are now unfussed about making a profit and just want rid of it since their split.”
Schofield quit all involvement with ITV on Friday after admitting to lying about his affair with the young runner, including roles on Dancing On Ice and hosting the Soap Awards.
