The GB News star has shared an emotional video of Princess and Junior with their grandma

Peter Andre took to social media over the weekend to share the emotional moment that his children Princess and Junior were reunited with their grandmother.

The 51-year-old, who recently welcomed his fifth child with his wife Emily, has been open and candid about witnessing his mother, 88, battle Parkinson's and Alzheimer's in recent years.

Andre wasn't able to accompany his children as they jetted to Australia to be with their grandma but was full of admiration and praise for the teens.

In a video shared to his Instagram, Andre's eldest children could be seen comforting their grandma and wrapping their arms around her.

Andre beamed in the accompanying caption: "Junior and princess. The fact that you drove to Somerset to be with us hours before and the days that followed to see the arrival of your baby sister, AND THEN to get on a plane and travel 12,000 miles to be with your grandmother in a very difficult time for her shows me what beautiful children you are.

"I will never forget this moment. Thank you for being truly amazing. Love you all so much.
