Nicola Roberts has delighted fans with a new pregnancy update, announcing she has reached her third trimester as she awaits the arrival of her first child this spring.
The 40-year-old singer took to Instagram on Monday evening, posting mirror selfies displaying her growing bump while dressed in a black sports bra and tracksuit bottoms.
"Bump-date...it's been a little while.. We're doing super well and safely in our third trimester now," the Girls Aloud star wrote.
She added: "Feeling more and more excited by the day. Sending love to all the Mumma's to be. Especially the first time ones." (sic)

The couple revealed they had been keeping the pregnancy secret for five months before announcing it to their families during the festive celebrations.
"Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families," she wrote at the time.
"We've been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant! We can't wait to meet our little one in the spring."

The singer's most recent update attracted an outpouring of support from fellow celebrities.

Welsh performer Lucie Jones praised the expectant mother, writing: "You look beautiful mate! So exciting x (sic)."

The pregnancy update comes after Ms Roberts was forced to withdraw from her West End role in January due to a surgical procedure.
The singer had been starring as the goddess Persephone in the musical Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre but was unable to complete her final week of performances on medical advice.
