Justin Anderson has waded into the escalating Beckham family drama, saying that Nicola Peltz is “not a good person” following Brooklyn Beckham’s explosive public statement criticising his parents.

The celebrity hairstylist took to Instagram on Monday to share his reaction to Brooklyn’s attack on David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, describing the situation as “sad” and warning: “You can’t take that back, the whole world is watching.

Mr Anderson, whose client list includes Jennifer Aniston, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry, suggested Brooklyn may not be acting independently.

He claimed: “It seems like someone is putting him up to it and being like, ‘You better publicly say something and make them look bad because I don’t want to be the evil one."

He went on to double down on long-standing criticism of Nicola, adding: “With my full chest, not good energy.”

The stylist added: "I think she's the issue."

The comments revive a feud dating back to 2019, when Mr Anderson launched a scathing attack on the actress during an appearance on a podcast hosted by Jackie Schimmel.

During that interview, he branded Nicola “a monster” and “the worst of the worst,” vowing never to work with her again.

“I remember this one time, the worst of the worst of the worst — there was this one little diva girl,” Mr Anderson said. “She was the new Transformers girl, her name was Nicola Peltz… she is actually a monster.”

Mr Anderson worked as Nicola’s colourist during the 2014 promotional tour for Transformers: Age of Extinction, in which the then 18-year-old starred as Mark Wahlberg’s daughter.

The circumstances surrounding the end of their professional relationship remain disputed.

Sources close to Nicola have previously alleged that Anderson damaged her hair during the bleaching process, claiming it was “burnt” and fell out during the tour, and that he was subsequently dismissed.

Anderson has acknowledged past hair mishaps with celebrity clients, having previously admitted to damaging Katy Perry’s hair while attempting to take her from black to platinum blonde, a process that ultimately led to her iconic pixie cut.

In his latest remarks, Mr Anderson claimed Nicola “tried to spin” the narrative surrounding their fallout, adding: “She’s good with PR.”

He also pointed to reports surrounding her wedding preparations as evidence of what he described as a pattern of behaviour.

“Based on how many wedding planners she went through, I think she’s the issue,” he said.

Nicola’s father, billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, later launched legal action against two planners from Plan Design who were hired six weeks before the wedding and dismissed just nine days later.

Mr Anderson said alarm bells rang for him when he learned Nicola was engaged to Brooklyn.

“I perked up when I saw they were getting married. I was like, ‘Oh gosh, this is not going to be good for that family. Spooky energy,’” he said.

Brooklyn’s statement earlier this week accused his parents of prioritising “Brand Beckham” over genuine family relationships, claiming affection was measured through social media appearances and public image.

“The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life,” he wrote, adding that years of “overwhelming anxiety” have since disappeared.
