Maya Jama and Ruben Dias have ended their relationship after 18 months together.
The pair brought their romance to a close approximately three weeks ago, shortly before Ms Jama departed for Scotland to take part in The Celebrity Traitors.
Filming for the show took place in Inverness, with the television host completing production before news of the separation emerged.
A source told The Sun: "It's been a difficult time for them.

|"While they both care for each other so much, they truly gave it their all and realise that they just come from two different worlds."
Ms Jama and Mr Dias initially crossed paths at the MTV Europe Music Awards held in Manchester during November 2024, with their romantic relationship beginning the following month.
The television personality made a significant commitment to the footballer by leaving her London base and moving north to Cheshire, where the couple set up home together in a luxurious Alderley Edge property.
Mr Dias has been residing in the North West since joining Manchester City, making the relocation a practical decision for the couple at the time.

Their shared home became the centre of a distressing incident earlier this year when burglars targeted the property in January, stealing thousands of pounds worth of belongings, including designer clothing, jewellery and electronic items.
The organised break-in happened while Ms Jama was in South Africa and Mr Dias was at a Manchester City Champions League match.
Following the incident, the couple immediately took action to significantly beef up security and alarms at their lavish 6,300-square-foot estate
The couple have allegedly begun erasing photographs of their time together from their respective social media accounts.

The timing of the breakup places it just ahead of Ms Jama's upcoming commitments as Love Island host, with the next series due to commence filming imminently.
The source added: "They now understand they don't have the time they thought to dedicate to this relationship.
"After many long nights and hours of heartfelt talks, they finally realised that, as much as they love each other, their nonstop careers and endless travel have made it incredibly impossible to make it work."
Prior to her relationship with Mr Dias, Ms Jama's most high-profile romance was with British rapper Stormzy, whom she dated from January 2015 until August 2019.
The former couple later rekindled their relationship after being photographed together in Greece, though their 2023 reunion ultimately lasted less than twelve months before they separated permanently in July 2024.
Ms Jama was also previously engaged to NBA star Ben Simmons, with the pair going public at Wimbledon in July 2021 and announcing their engagement in January 2022 before eventually parting ways.
