Jerry Seinfield has been applauded for shutting down a heckler during his comedy show in Australia.
The 70-year-old comedian ordered the pro-Palestine heckler to "get out of here" after he interrupted the show over the weekend.
A video of the incident was shared on social media by the Australian Jewish Association after a person yelled: "From the rivier to the sea, Palestine will be free" at the Qudos Bank Arena.
Seinfield commented: "We have a genius, ladies and gentlemen. He solved the Middle East!"
The heckler was escorted out by security as the comedian quipped: "It's the Jewish comedians, that’s who we have to get! They’re the ones doing everything."
The man continued to yell: "Palestine will be free" as he left, to which the comedian responded: "Go ahead, keep going!"

He added: "They’re going to start punching you in about three seconds so I would try to get all of your genius out so we can all learn from you. It’s a comedy show, you moron! Get out of here.
"You're really influencing everyone here. We're all on your side now, because you’ve made your point so well, and in the right venue, you've come to the right place for a political conversation."
He concluded: "Tomorrow we will read in the paper, 'Middle East 100 per cent solved thanks to man at the Qudos Arena stopping the Jew comedian'."
Seinfield has been outspoken about his support for Israel since the events of October 7.

In May, he addressed protesters as he talked on the Honesty with Bari Weiss podcast.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, he remarked: "It's so dumb.
"In fact, when we get protesters occasionally, I love to say to the audience, 'You know, I love that these young people, they’re trying to get engaged with politics... We have to just correct their aim a little bit.'
"You know, they don’t seem to understand that as comedians we really don’t control anything."
