Former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Janette Manrara is currently recovering at home surrounded by her family after giving birth last month.
She and her husband Aljaz Skorjanec welcomed their daughter Lyra Rose via a C-section and Manrara has been open and honest about her journey into motherhood.
Just last week, one week after giving birth, Manrara sparked concern among her fans when she listed the discomfort she was feeling after returning home with the tot.
Alongside a selfie with her baby, Manrara penned: "Fan on my stomach rash, pain in my incision, swollen breast, exhaustion, and wanting more cuddles with Lyra but have to take it slow for recovery….
"Other than that, we’re all good! Sending love to all first-time parents dealing with new adventures too."
A number of fans reacted to the post as they urged Manrara to seek help but now, Manrara has taken to the platform to provide an update on her ailments and how Lyra's grandparents visiting has helped her.
Speaking to the camera in her latest update, she said: "Hi team, just wanted to come on and say hi.
"It's been a really really nice few days with my mum and dad here.

"Just watching them falling in love with Lyra and getting to meet her has been so special.
"And for her to kind of get to know her grandparents, they live so far away, so we're soaking in every second of their time here."
She continued: "Plus Aljaz and I are getting a little rest because we're not cooking or cleaning because they're doing it all!
"And we get a little bit of extra sleep too," Manrara added with a chuckle.
Turning her attention to her recovery, she explained: "My recovery's going really really well.
"My rash is finally gone, the rash on my stomach and I've got these amazing pants that help support C-section recovery.
"So mama Janette is doing good," Manrara said with a smile before she signed off: "And Lyra's doing great, she's asleep right now.
"But yeah, happy, happy days. I just wanted to say hello and send my love."
Manrara beamed with joy as she signed off the post and took to her main Instagram feed to pay tribute to her parents for all the help they've given since arriving to meet Lyra.

Alongside a sweet snap of her, Skorjanec, and her dad enjoying some lunch, she penned: "Been so incredible to have my parents home.
"Lyra is getting to know her grandparents, and Mami and Ati ('Ati' means 'Dad' in Slovenian) are getting a break from cooking and cleaning, and even getting some extra sleep.
"Such beautiful memories being made together as a family."
Manrara and Skorjanec have both stepped down from professional dancing duties on Strictly since becoming household names thanks to their stints on the BBC staple.
The pair married on July 15, 2017, in a stunning London ceremony after first meeting in 2010.
