Helen Flanagan has disclosed her hopes of becoming a foster carer in the years ahead, citing her profound affection for children as the driving force behind her aspirations.
The former Coronation Street star, who rose to fame playing Rosie Webster, spoke candidly about wanting to help more youngsters when she is older.
"I absolutely love children. When I'm older, I think fostering could be something lovely to do. I've always adored kids," she told the Daily Star in collaboration with Paddy Power.
The 35-year-old actress has built a successful television career but maintains that motherhood remains central to her life.

"I'm very down to earth and romantic, but I need a real connection with someone. I have to feel understood. I'm not shallow at all. I care far more about personality and connection than anything else," she said.
