Dave Myers' widow Liliana Orzac has reportedly inherited the Hairy Bikers star's company following his death in February.
Myers, 66, sadly died after a battle with cancer after revealing his diagnosis in 2022.
His Hairy Bikers co-star and best pal Si King, 57, explained in a statement Myers had passed away with his family, Orzac and himself at his side.
Orzac, also 57, has been left her late husband's firm Sharpletter Limited, according to Companies House.
The chef's will has not been made public, but reports suggest Orzac was named as the sole person with significant control of the television production company.
Its latest accounts, filed last year, show that the company has £1,407,338 in the bank.

The couple married back in 2011, with Myers becoming stepdad to her two children.
Just last weekend, the 57-year-old gave a heartbreaking update as she reflected on life without her late husband.
Taking to social media, she penned: “Life stood still when I lost Dave. It still seems still, empty and sad.
“And I know it might seem too soon to even consider moving on. How can I move on from this wonderful, exhilarating, out of ordinary on so many levels, life that I shared with an extraordinary man? When he is everywhere and in everything around me?

Myers never revealed what form of cancer he’d been diagnosed with, preferring to keep some details private as he battled the illness.
He did provide updates with fans about his treatment, and returned to screens for The Hairy Bikers Go West, which aired recently.
