Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have become parents for the first time, welcoming a daughter into the world.
The 29-year-old actress shared the joyful news on Thursday through her Substack newsletter, Beau Society, in a post she titled "special delivery" accompanied by a cartoon stork illustration.
"Our baby girl has arrived," Ms Steinfeld wrote. "We're feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes."
The message was signed by both Ms Steinfeld and her husband, the Buffalo Bills quarterback.

The couple have opted to keep certain details private, with neither the baby's name nor her exact birth date disclosed.
Ms Steinfeld and Mr Allen first began their romance in May 2023, though they kept their relationship largely out of the public eye until going official in July 2024.
The NFL star proposed on November 22 that year, with the pair confirming their engagement a week later.
They exchanged vows during an intimate California ceremony on May 31, 2025, with Steinfeld wearing a strapless white bridal gown paired with elbow-length gloves and a flowing veil.
The pregnancy was revealed in December through a heartwarming Instagram video showing the couple in a snowy setting, with Mr Allen tenderly kissing Ms Steinfeld's baby bump as she wore a sweatshirt emblazoned with the word "mother".
Mr Steinfeld's announcement came just weeks after she missed the 2026 Oscars ceremony as she prepared for her daughter's arrival.
The actress has enjoyed considerable acclaim for her performance in Sinners, adding to an impressive filmography that began remarkably early.
At just 14, she earned an Academy Award nomination for her breakthrough role in True Grit in 2010.

Her subsequent credits include The Edge of Seventeen, Bumblebee and the Pitch Perfect franchise, the latter of which launched a parallel music career yielding hits such as Flashlight, Love Myself and the top-10 single Starving.
Ms Steinfeld is the daughter of Peter Steinfeld, a professional fitness trainer whose celebrity clients have included Madonna, Larry David and the late Ozzy Osbourne.
In the weeks leading up to the birth, Ms Steinfeld marked the occasion with a baby shower at her Los Angeles home, where approximately 30 female friends and relatives gathered in her garden.
Her mother organised the celebration, which featured subtle nursery rhyme-inspired decorations and books scattered throughout, with each guest contributing to what Ms Steinfeld described as "quite the little library" for her daughter.
A knitting station allowed attendees to craft items for the newborn, something Ms Steinfeld called a "full-circle moment" given her mother took up the hobby whilst sitting in trailers during her early film career.
Mr Allen, who claimed the 2024 NFL MVP award, is recovering from foot surgery following Buffalo's playoff exit against Denver.
