Sophie Reaper has given followers a glimpse into her remarkable African getaway, sharing a series of stunning holiday snaps from her travels across multiple countries.
The journalist documented her journey on Instagram, taking fans along as she travelled from Manchester to Geneva, Addis Ababa, and finally Kenya.
The GB News National Reporter is currently enjoying a well-deserved break from screens for some time in the sun, having reported from up and down the country and even filling in on Breakfast in recent weeks.
Among the first snaps were pictures from the lengthy journey, posting a photograph from the plane as it descended into Ethiopia after what she described as an exhausting trip.

|Sophie revealed she had been travelling for 24 hours and had managed just one hour of sleep during the journey.
Despite the gruelling travel schedule, the GB News star made it clear the destination was worth the effort.
After arriving in Kenya, she posted a picturesque image of her surroundings and told her followers: "However, it was all worth it as we have now arrived in paradise."
In another snap, Sophie playfully poked fun at the notice board her driver had made to welcome her off the plane.

Upon arriving at their destination, Sophie stopped for a smiley selfie, looking fabulous in a polka dot number as the sun beamed down.
Sophie's holiday comes after a rather hectic few weeks for the GB News star, which included the stress of a house move.
Once again taking to Instagram, Sophie shared snaps from her and beau Connor's brand new abode after finally getting the keys together.

The first snap showed the pair beaming ear to ear while standing outside the front of their new home.
Among the other snaps was a picture of a blackboard with the words "Happy New Home" etched upon it.
There were also pictures of the exterior of the home, the countless cardboard boxes involved, and an undoubtedly well-earned Chinese takeaway.
