The pair first stepped out together publicly at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles in February 2023, walking the red carpet as a couple.
Their engagement was announced quietly last year, with Mr Fleetwood's musician friend Mike Lawson sharing the news on Threads after receiving a text from the drummer himself.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
Mr Lawson wrote at the time: "Mick Fleetwood just texted and said he is marrying his girlfriend of five years, Elizabeth. How cool, finding love and making that commitment is beautiful. Congrats!"
Ms Jordan, a mother of two from a previous relationship, is based in Hawaii, where she operates a property management business with holdings across Maui, California, and New York.
She also serves as executive director of the Mick Fleetwood Foundation, established in 2023 to support music education programmes in Hawaiian schools.
The couple reside together in Mr Fleetwood's adopted home of Maui.
The drummer has an extensive romantic past.
His first marriage was to model Jenny Boyd, the younger sister of Pattie Boyd, who famously wed both George Harrison and Eric Clapton.
The couple's turbulent relationship saw them marry in 1970, divorce in 1976, remarry during an Irish tour in 1977, and then separate permanently in 1978. They share two daughters, Amy and Lucy.
During the recording of the Rumours album, Mr Fleetwood embarked on a notorious affair with bandmate Stevie Nicks.

The singer later acknowledged the dalliance "really wasn't good for anybody".
In 1988, he married Sara Recor, Ms Nicks's best friend, at a star-studded ceremony attended by Bob Dylan, George Harrison and Jeff Lynne. That union ended in 1995.
His third and longest marriage was to Lynn Frankel in 1995, with whom he had twin daughters, Ruby and Tessa, in 2002.
The musical icon filed for legal separation in 2013, with the divorce finalised two years later.

Speaking to Mojo magazine in 2024, the musician reflected on the challenging period following that split and the loss of bandmate Christine McVie, who died aged 79 in 2022 after suffering a stroke and receiving a cancer diagnosis.
"It's been a strange time for me. Losing sweet Christine was catastrophic.
"And then, in my world, sort of losing the band too. And I [split] with my partner as well. I just found myself sort of licking my wounds," he said.
Fleetwood Mac, who have shifted more than 120 million records globally, have not performed since Ms McVie's passing, with Ms Nicks stating there is "no reason" to continue without her.
