|The actress expressed gratitude for the support network surrounding her during this challenging period.
"Feeling thankful and blessed to be surrounded by such beautiful and supportive people at work and at home," Ms Peace added in her heartfelt message.
The soap star first disclosed her breast cancer diagnosis to the public in May with an emotional Instagram revelation.
The actress revealed she had been privately battling the disease since receiving her diagnosis in early October of last year.
Her treatment journey encompassed surgery and recovery during the Christmas period, followed by months of chemotherapy which concluded earlier this year.
"I've been on quite a road for many months now. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of October," Peace shared in her original announcement post.
The actress described how the experience had fundamentally altered her perspective.
"But I'm forever changed. During this time I've narrowed my world," she explained, noting how she had focused on spending precious time with her wife Ellie and their three daughters Annie, Jessie and Lola.
Peace documented her hair transformation journey in a candid video posted to social media, removing an orange baseball cap she had worn since February to reveal what she playfully described as "the full glory of the carnage".
The actress had been concealing her hair loss under headwear for six months following her chemotherapy treatment.
She entrusted her friend and hairstylist Morgan Rhodes with creating a new pixie cut style from her regrown locks.
Speaking in the video, the actress stated: "Ok this is it now. Me and Morgan are going to cut this disaster of a hair line.
"We're gonna do it. This is the moment. We're going for the pixie crop."
