Bargain Hunt star John Cameron has updated fans after his frightening hospital dash.
Cameron suffered a heart attack just minutes before he was due to film for the BBC antiques show and was treated in hospital, with a recent post detailing the ordeal.
He explained he'd suffered the heart attack just 10 minutes before he was due to film and was rushed to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, explaining he would need to have a stent fitted to unblock an artery.
Earlier this week, he updated concerned fans again, this time regarding his recovery following the ordeal
He penned on Instagram: "Phase 1 of my rehabilitation is no more cigarettes, much less alcohol and more exercise, ie use the gym membership I have been paying for and not using for years!!!
"Phase 2 of my rehabilitation is get my scooter and motorcycle back on the road and make time to use them instead of just paying for them and not using them like gym membership!
"Thanks to Gary Wells and Allstyles Scooters for helping me with phase two. Hadn’t ridden her for 2 years now she starts first kick again."
He went on to share another snap of himself smiling and seeming in good spirits alongside his pet dog, Polly.
He captioned the snap: "Today I will be mostly playing with Polly the Puppy. #borderterrier #supportthenhs."
Cameron gave an update to say he's back home after being in hsopital
In the photo, he is sporting a shirt that reads "the beat goes on," beneath an ECG heartbeat line.
Fans were pleased to see he was back at home and recovering after his initial post had detailed the scary incident.
He concluded the initial post: "Not sure how many of my 9 lives still remain but I definitely lost one yesterday. To quote the great ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius, ‘we have two lives, the second one begins when you realise you only have one.’
"I will now be switching to a more friendly and renewable light source over the candle I have been burning at both ends!
"Sorry also to my wife, children, grandchildren, staff and friends for scaring the ‘Eartha Kitt‘ out of them. #SupportTheNHS."
Fans had shared messages of support in his initial posts and were quick to express their relief to see him back home.
