Bargain Hunt auctioneer Philip Serrell recently revealed that his daughter, Clementine, found herself dealing with two individuals who attempted to steal her car.
Serrell has been a key part of the BBC One auction show since 2016 and quickly became a beloved addition to fans.
He recently took to his social media to reveal the incident his daughter had to deal with but was pleased to inform his followers that she escaped unharmed.
Serrell detailed that his daughter caught two people attempting to steal her car after they had stolen the keys.
Recalling the incident, Serrell noted on his X account: “Last night @clemserrell caught 2 blokes stealing her car after a car key theft.
“In a way, I hope they don’t get caught. Won’t do their street cred any good being chased off by a 5’4” blonde.”

The post saw comments of support flood in for his daughter, with one noting: “They didn’t realise how fit you were, girl power! Glad you’re ok.”
Another added: “Clementine Serrell is constantly inspiring and such a hard-working person. Only deserves the best and not these crooks!! Hugs to you, Clem.”
“You go, girl!! Good on you for chasing them but as long as you were safe! Does Clem take after you or your wife Phil?” a third asked.
“They’ll spread the word not to mess with you again girl,” one quipped before another said: “That’ll teach em, Clem! Well done!”
Clementine joked that she was James Bond after she was flooded with support
A sixth expressed: “You have a beautiful daughter. Hope she is ok. Unfortunately some humans are not and think they can steal etc.”
Despite the seriousness of the situation, the 35-year-old maintained lighthearted about the incident and wrote on her X account: “I’m basically a Liam Neeson/James Bond hybrid now.
“Thank you to everyone for their well wishes!” (sic)

“When we resurfaced, we opened a small antique shop in the village and one day, Antiques Roadtrip came visiting with Paul Laidlaw.
“I was asked to join the team, and the rest is history. I believe life has its own plans for you, whether we know it or not."
