Alex Jones has shared a heartfelt and concerning update about her youngest daughter, Annie, after the toddler was rushed to the hospital once again during what’s been a challenging few months for the family.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Jones gave fans a glimpse into her difficult evening, sharing a photo of a hospital bed from the paediatric emergency department.
She captioned it: “My view. Poor Annie has had a fall. Nothing serious, but she is wiped out bless her after a very long day.”
The image suggested another exhausting and emotional night for the family, who have been navigating a series of setbacks since earlier this year.

Just a few months ago, TheBBC One Show presenter opened up about what she described as a “bl**dy awful week” that saw Annie rushed to hospital after an accident at home.
Speaking on the Binge! podcast with co-host Harry Judd, she recalled how a simple playtime moment turned into a parenting nightmare.
The Welsh presenter explained how her children, Teddy, six, Kit, four, and Annie, two, were “re-enacting Gladiators” on the sofa when things took a painful turn.
“They got on an arm each, clashed in the middle, and somehow Kit fell against Annie’s elbow,” she said. “And you know when you just know, because the cry is different?”
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Jones, who last year relocated with her family from London to the countryside, has always been honest about the challenges of motherhood
At first, Jones and her husband, Charlie Thomson, tried to stay calm. “We really tried to brush it under the carpet like the good parents we are,” she joked, “but the next day she was still beside herself and it was swollen.”
A trip to the hospital confirmed that the toddler had suffered a clean break at the elbow and needed a plaster cast.
But the challenges didn’t end there, with Annie then coming down with chickenpox, adding another layer of stress to the family’s already difficult week.
“She’s also got chicken pox and she’s covered in it,” Jones said, describing the ordeal as “10/10 parenting hell.” She added that the two-year-old “looked like a pizza,” as Annie’s body was covered in red spots.

These incidents followed what should have been a joyful return from a family ski trip. But once back home, a perfect storm of health setbacks unfolded.
Jones, who last year relocated with her family from London to the countryside, has always been honest about the challenges of motherhood.
Earlier this year, she also raised concerns about her own health after taking a break from the show due to illness.
When she eventually returned, viewers were taken aback by her hoarse voice- a lingering symptom of her illness.
Before resuming her on-air duties, the mother-of-three had shared her struggle to find a remedy, revealing she had tried steaming and even gargling with white wine vinegar and water, but nothing seemed to help.
She appealed to her social media followers for voice recovery suggestions, stating: "If you know something specific that I might not have thought about, I'll try anything at this point."
